9.  Can God’s law be changed?
“For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”  Matthew 5:18 (For further study see Malachi 3:6 and Hebrews 13:8.)

jot– smallest letter in the Hebrew alphabet (Young’s Analytical Concordance)
tittle– ornamental curl of Hebrew letters similar to an accent or the dot over the English i (Young’s Analytical Concordance, and The American Heritage College dictionary)

10. On what and by whom were the ten commandments written?
“And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.”  Exodus 31:18
“And the Lord delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the Lord spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.”  Deuteronomy 9:10

11.  What did James call the ten commandments?
“If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:”  James 2:8

12.  How long will God’s law last?
“So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.”  Psalms 119:44
“O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children forever!”  Deuteronomy 5:29 (For further study see 2 Kings 17:37 and Deuteronomy 12:28)
